Welcome to KS Racing Stables!

Established in 1999, KS Racing Stables is a full-service breaking and training facility for race horses as well as race mules. Located on ten acres just south of Turlock, California, we are centrally located to most of the northern California racetracks. This helps us to better accommodate our clients throughout the racing season.

We have a 1/2 mile training track with starting gates, a twenty-horse training barn as well as two ten-horse training barns. We also have a four-horse foaling barn. There are fourteen pens that are twenty feet by fifty feet, with two more under consruction. We have three large paddocks in the infield for lay-ups and boarders. There are two walkers (one is variable speed), and two round-pens for the breaking and training of younger stock.

We employ several grooms to care for the horses and mules, a full-time exercise rider, pony rider, full-time trainer, Harley Kowalsky, and assistant trainer and ranch foreman, Ramon Pulido.
